Skylar Marcen is a vocalist and actress based in Scranton, Pennsylvania, proudly known as the hometown of the hit TV show The Office. She earned her Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania and has performed a wide range of musical theatre and opera roles throughout Northeast Pennsylvania.

Recent credits include Anya in Anastasia, Lily in The Secret Garden, Missy in Winter Wonderettes, Magenta in The Rocky Horror Show, Glinda/Aunt Em in The Wizard of Oz, and Princess Fiona in Shrek the Musical. Additional performance credits include Ann Putnam in The Crucible, Maria Rainer in The Sound of Music, and Alice Ford in The Merry Wives of Windsor.

A versatile performer, Skylar is trained in classical, musical theatre, pop/rock, gospel, and country styles. She also has experience in stage combat, understudy work, and beginner dance training in tap, jazz, and ballet.

Beyond the stage, she regularly performs the National Anthem in her community and for Minor League Baseball teams, while bringing joy to young audiences through princess parties and children’s entertainment.

Skylar loves to travel, is open to relocation and adventures, and is excited to continue sharing her passion for storytelling through music and theatre.
